1. Scope
This AI & Acceptable Use Policy applies to use of the Shifter website, services, AI-assisted workflows, automations, prompts, integrations, outputs and related materials. It is incorporated into the Terms and any applicable Order.
2. AI accuracy and human oversight
AI systems can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, biased or inappropriate. Customers must use appropriate human review for external communications, high-impact decisions, regulated statements, customer commitments, complaints, hiring, pricing, legal, financial, tax, medical or safety-related workflows.
Shifter may refuse, pause or redesign a workflow if we believe it lacks appropriate oversight or creates legal, safety, security, platform or reputational risk.
3. Prohibited uses
You must not use Shifter services or outputs to violate law, sanctions, platform rules, IP rights, privacy rights or contracts; send deceptive, spammy, harassing, discriminatory, abusive or misleading communications; impersonate people or organisations; make regulated professional decisions without qualified human review; process sensitive or highly regulated data unless expressly agreed; build malware, phishing, credential theft, evasion, surveillance or security-abuse workflows; scrape, enrich, contact or profile people unlawfully; or resell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Shifter methods outside the agreed service.
4. Outbound communications and recipient rights
For outbound email, calls, WhatsApp, SMS, social messages or other outreach, Customers must provide lawful contact data, consent or other valid lawful basis, accurate sender identity and current suppression lists. Workflows must honour opt-outs, unsubscribe requests, STOP requests and do-not-contact instructions made known to us.
5. Data minimisation and security
Customers should provide only the data needed for the workflow and should not share passwords, secrets, regulated data or sensitive personal data unless necessary and expressly agreed. Access should be scoped, revocable and limited to the systems needed for the service.
6. Monitoring and safety controls
Shifter may monitor, test, throttle, suspend, modify or disable workflows to protect recipients, customers, platforms, data security, legal compliance and service integrity. We may require additional review gates, approvals, logging or escalation rules before launching or continuing a workflow.
7. Enforcement and contact
Violations may result in refusal, suspension, termination, removal of outputs, withholding of launch approval or other action allowed under the Terms or Order. Questions about this policy can be sent to legal@agentsdub.ai.
