- What we never promise: a ranking, an AI citation or a recommendation. No one controls what an AI assistant says.
How we measure
- Client work: we track agreed buyer questions on ChatGPT and Gemini, run on a fixed schedule, and saved with the date, engine, mode and country.
- Published research: our September 2026 study used ChatGPT and Perplexity. Each report names its engines, dates, modes and location.
- Counting: a company counts as "recommended" only when an answer presents it as an option. A mention and a link are counted separately.

Research you can cite
- Which AI SDR tools do ChatGPT and Perplexity recommend? (September 2026). This study asked 15 buyer questions, each run twice, a day apart, on both engines.
- How ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI engines find their answers. It's based on each engine's own documentation, and every row shows the date it was checked.
