1. Current posture
The Shifter public website uses essential technologies needed to serve pages and remember a visitor's cookie choice. Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics are optional and disabled by default. Neither analytics script is requested from the visitor's browser unless the visitor selects “Allow analytics.”
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or Google Ads tags on the public site. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent access to the website, forms, booking links or Stripe checkout.
2. Essential and functional technologies
The site may use essential or functional technologies necessary to deliver pages, assets, fonts, security, logs and performance. Static hosting/CDN providers may process technical logs such as IP address, browser, URL, timestamp and security events. Browser caching may store static files on your device so the site loads quickly.
We use browser local storage under the key shifter_analytics_consent to remember whether analytics was allowed or rejected, the consent-version number and the time the choice was updated. This preference is necessary to respect and retain your choice; it is not used for advertising.
3. Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, the site loads Google Analytics 4 using measurement ID G-NXP0K1W8Y0 and Vercel Web Analytics. We use them to understand page visits, traffic sources, successful snapshot requests and starts of the Stripe checkout journey. We do not intentionally send the website value entered into the snapshot form, message contents, card details or Stripe payment data to either analytics provider.
After consent, Google Analytics may set first-party identifiers such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>. These identifiers may remain for up to two years unless browser settings, deletion, withdrawal of consent or our Google Analytics configuration shortens that period. Advertising storage, ad-user-data and ad-personalisation signals remain denied in our tag configuration. Vercel Web Analytics is used for aggregate public-site measurement and is also consent-gated by Shifter.
4. Your choices
You can allow analytics, use necessary technologies only, or change your decision later using the “Cookie settings” button displayed on the site. If you withdraw analytics consent, the site updates the consent state, stops sending future Shifter analytics events, prevents optional analytics scripts from loading on later page views and attempts to remove known first-party Google Analytics cookies from the Shifter domain.
You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser. Blocking or clearing storage may cause the site to ask for your choice again.
5. Third-party services and links
The website links to third-party services such as Cal.com for booking calls and Stripe for checkout. Those services may use their own cookies, logs and privacy practices when you open them. Their policies apply to their services.
Google Analytics is provided by Google and Vercel Web Analytics is provided by Vercel; both are loaded by Shifter only after analytics consent. Further provider information appears on our Subprocessors page and data-handling information appears in our Privacy Policy.
6. Contact and changes
Questions about this Cookie Policy can be sent to legal@agentsdub.ai. We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, vendors or tracking posture changes. A material consent-policy version change may cause the site to request your choice again.
