1. Current posture
The Shifter public website is currently a lightweight static marketing site. It does not intentionally use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or analytics cookies. Because we do not currently set non-essential cookies for the public site, we do not display a non-essential cookie banner.
If we add analytics, advertising, retargeting, heatmaps or other non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and add consent controls where legally required.
2. Essential and functional technologies
The site may use essential or functional technologies necessary to deliver pages, assets, fonts, security, logs and performance. Static hosting/CDN providers may process technical logs such as IP address, browser, URL, timestamp and security events. Browser caching may store static files on your device so the site loads quickly.
3. Third-party services linked from the site
The website links to third-party services such as Cal.com for booking calls and email links for contact. Those services may use their own cookies, logs and privacy practices when you interact with them. Their policies apply to their services.
Customer projects may use additional tools, CRMs, calendars, AI providers, messaging services or automation platforms depending on the Order and customer instructions. Those are described at a high level in the Subprocessors page.
